Job Role:

  • Operating a crane to lift, move and position heavy loads as required
  • Ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and procedures
  • Conducting pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the crane
  • Communicating effectively with team members to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used
  • Following all relevant work orders and instructions
  • Ensuring that all work areas are kept clean and free from hazards
  • Reporting any equipment faults or issues to the relevant personnel
  • Participating in safety training and ensuring that safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals

  • Requirements:

  • A valid Crane Operator NPORS / CPCS Ticket depending on the role
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • A full, clean driving license may be required depending on the job site
  • Additional certifications or licenses, such as a rigging certification, would be advantageous
